By accessing or using the myroofmap service ("Service"), provided by Mossy Propeller Group, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

myroofmap is a tool designed to assist roofing professionals and their customers by providing roof measurement data, aerial imagery, property mapping, and related estimating tools. The Service may include features such as:

• Aerial and satellite-derived roof measurement estimates
• Property boundary overlays and mapping visualizations
• Estimated square footage, pitch, and slope calculations
• Report generation for use in roofing proposals and planning

All measurements, square footage calculations, roof pitch estimates, material quantity projections, and any other data generated by myroofmap are ESTIMATES ONLY. These estimates are derived from aerial imagery, satellite data, and automated calculation algorithms, which are subject to inherent limitations in accuracy, image resolution, data availability, and property-specific conditions.

myroofmap data MUST NOT be used as the sole basis for finalizing a sale, issuing a binding contract, pricing a roofing job, or making any financial commitment to a customer. All estimates should be verified by a qualified roofing professional through a physical on-site inspection before any final sale or contract is executed.

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• myroofmap data is provided for informational and preliminary planning purposes only
• Measurements and calculations are estimates and may differ materially from actual field measurements
• The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any estimate generated by the Service
• You will conduct your own independent physical inspection before finalizing any sale, quote, contract, or proposal to a homeowner or property owner
• You will not present myroofmap estimates to customers as guaranteed or exact measurements
• You assume all risk associated with reliance on myroofmap data

The Service may be used solely for legitimate roofing business purposes including preliminary project planning, initial customer presentations, and internal estimating workflows. You may not use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent or misleading quotes or proposals
• Misrepresent estimate data as certified or verified measurements to any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service data without written authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest Service data in bulk

All content, algorithms, reports, interfaces, and brand assets associated with myroofmap are the exclusive property of Mossy Propeller Group, Inc. Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Reports generated by the Service may be used internally and shared with customers for the purpose of roofing proposals, subject to the estimate disclaimer in Section 3.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT ESTIMATES PROVIDED BY MYROOFMAP ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT IMAGERY OR DATA REFLECTS CURRENT PROPERTY CONDITIONS.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON MYROOFMAP ESTIMATES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS IN MATERIAL QUANTITIES, MISPRICED JOBS, CUSTOMER DISPUTES, OR BUSINESS LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mossy Propeller Group, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of myroofmap data, your reliance on estimates without independent verification, or your misrepresentation of Service data to any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where injunctive relief is sought.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy describes how Mossy Propeller Group, Inc. collects and uses personal information in connection with the myroofmap service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2.1 Account Information

• Name, email address, company name, and contact details
• Billing information processed via Stripe

2.2 Property and Search Data

• Property addresses entered for measurement and mapping queries
• Search history and report generation activity
• Downloaded or viewed reports

2.3 Usage Data

• IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and session data
• Pages visited and features used within the Service
• Error logs and diagnostic data

We use collected information to:

• Deliver measurement estimates and mapping reports
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve accuracy and performance of estimation algorithms
• Provide customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Aerial imagery and mapping data providers under license agreements
• Service providers bound by confidentiality obligations
• Regulatory authorities when required by law

Property addresses entered into myroofmap are used solely to retrieve aerial imagery and generate estimates. We do not share individual property search data with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes. Property addresses may be retained in aggregate and anonymized form for algorithm improvement.

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We may update this Privacy Policy with 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
